Pets?

If an excessive amount of pet hair is found in your space you will be notified with the option to incur an additional charge or cancel/reschedule the service provided. This is due to the consumption of allotted time that would be taken from other clients by completing this task.

How is my estimate determined?

An estimate is determined case by case and will differ from the next. The frequency of services, square footage, condition of space and type of services to be rendered are some of the determining factors in the estimated price.

Do we move furniture? 

Unfortunately, Kayla’s loving hands LLC employees are not permitted to move any furniture in the space without the client signing a release of liability form, this is due to the risk of damaging such furniture. 

Cancellation?

When cancelling a service, Kayla’s loving hands LLC requires a 24 hour advance notice to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of fifty percent of the “QUOTED” price shall be made and will be credited to the total quoted price and will be reflected in your invoice. The deposit is due once the quoted price is agreed upon and is NOT subject to change. However your deposit shall be retained by Kayla’s Loving hands LLC in the event of the clients violation to the agreement.

Quality of service concerns?

Kaylas loving hands LLC offers a warranty on all services rendered up to 24 hours post completion unless discussed otherwise; a warranty claim MUST be filled out and submitted online within the hours discussed in the agreement. The client is required to Include any pictures to prove claim.

How often can you provide services?

Kaylas loving hands LLC, can provide services daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. 

Inaccessible space?

If the named person on file does not respond within one hour of first contact via the phone number provided;  due to the space being inaccessible your deposit is forfeited and shall be retained by Kaylas Loving Hands LLC. Your service will be CANCELLED but you will have a ONE time courtesy opportunity to reschedule at a later date. However, you will be charged another deposit for a new service date based on the initial quoted price. 

Are you insured?

Kaylas loving hands LLC is an insured company.

Method of payment?

Kaylas loving hands LLC, only accepts payments by debit card, credit card, and direct bank account.

Do I have to be present during service?

No, the person booking the service is not required to be present during the commencing of service. However if the space cannot be entered the phone number on file will be contacted and the space must be entered within an hour of first contact with the named person on file.

Are your products Eco-friendly?

Yes, we do have Eco-friendly products available upon request. An additional charge will be attached.

Estimate vs Quote vs Invoice?

A Estimate is an approximated total cost of a service to include any add ons.

 

A Quote is the agreed upon price for the service of your choice to include any add ons. The quoted price shall be subject to adjustments and will be reflected in the invoice

 

An Invoice is the itemized document of the services rendered and includes the deposit, quoted price, and any adjustments made by Kayla’s Loving Hands LLC.  The invoice is the FINAL document that notifies client of payment and due date. 

Areas of service?

Kaylas loving hands LLC, areas of service are currently Houston, TX.

ATTENTION TO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • We DO NOT clean any outside areas except patios, porch, balcony, front and back door.

  • We ONLY clean walls and ceilings by dusting them.

  • We DO NOT scrape off paint.

  • We DO NOT deep clean furniture only vacuum and dusting. 

  • For HEALTH REASONS, WE WILL NOT clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from neither humans nor animals without being notified prior to cleaning. WE DO offer bio hazard cleanings for an additional fee. 

  • We DO NOT do laundry or fold/hang any clothes, towels, bedding. (If bedding is already removed and new sheets are provided we will put new sheets on)​

  • Books and heavy decor WILL NOT be removed from shelf.

  • We DO NOT polish furniture or appliances.

  • We WILL NOT vacuum or mop closet floor unless floor is cleared of items.​

  • We WILL NOT move heavy furniture or appliances. 

  • Small items such as toys, books, shoes etc. (will be placed to the side but not organized)

  • Dishes WILL NOT be hand washed but will be rinsed and placed in dish washer.
